Xbox football fans are in for a treat, with the acclaimed Pro Evolution Soccer game coming to Microsoft's console.

Konami has announced that it is planning to release a version for the Xbox towards the end of the year.

Previously, the bestseller could only be played on the PlayStation.

"We are delighted to be bringing what is rightly seen as the pinnacle of football titles to a new legion of fans," said Kunio Neo, Konami of Europe president.
